A vast "green" is born on the north side of JR Osaka Station. On December 12, a group of companies such as Mitsubishi Estate and others decided as a company in the second term area of ​​"Umekita" which is undergoing redevelopment, announced plans. The building surrounding the urban park in the center takes plenty of planting and plants, and the green area occupies 8 hectares of the development area of ​​17 hectares.

Umekita is a project to redevelop the site of the former Umeda Freight Station by the Urban Renaissance Organization (UR) of the landowner in 2 stages. In the first term completed in 2013, we built a large compound complex "Grande Front Osaka".

In the second term aiming for the completion of 24 years, we set up a green city park so as to sandwich the road penetrating the site east-west. Keep cafes and shops along the road. On the outside of the park, build a building such as a hotel, an office, a sale property.
